The Transformation

Life in the Transformation

If you’ve read either of my books, or been following my blog for any length of time, you’ll have heard me talk about the Transformation. With all that’s happening in the world, especially lately, I’d like to dig in a bit deeper on the topic.

The entire human race is undergoing a huge shift in consciousness, one that will take our species to a higher level of being.

And it will happen in the space of just a few generations.

This is the second time in roughly 55,000 years that we’ve entered a new phase of our existence.

The last time it happened, it led to us becoming the creatures of reason and creativity we are now. This time, the Transformation, as it’s called by my Spirit Guides, will take us to a state of greater compassion and empathy. And that will change everything.

The first time the Transformation occurred, we humans went from a level of awareness that was based more on instinct than free will.

And it allowed us to shape our world through the ability to think and reason in a way our species hadn’t yet done. We spread out across the world, built mighty empires, developed increasingly complex societies, and used our intellect to better understand the world we commanded.

But this expansion has come at a huge cost.

We’ve polluted the planet, and made armed conflicts the norm. Our technological developments may have included cures for polio and smallpox, but we also sit on enough nuclear weaponry to blow us all up many times over.

From the perspective of those in the spirit world, we’ve screwed up badly.

We humans were never meant to normalize greed and inequality the way we have. We could have prevented hunger and poverty if we’d had the will.

Instead, we now have a handful of billionaires with more wealth than half the planet, and according to UNICEF, millions of children dying every year from malnutrition and preventable diseases.

And recently, things have been getting worse.

Instead of a world in which the norm is one where reason and creativity are put to use for the common good, we’ve allowed the power-hungry and greedy to convince us that they know what’s best for the rest of us. Health care and education are chronically underfunded, yet there’s always money for more bombs.

Thankfully, there’s a bright light blazing at the end of the tunnel.

The Transformation is taking place once again at this very moment; and all over the world, there are signs of its influence. In every country, older and more spiritually advanced souls are making their presence known.

There are movements for change springing up everywhere.

A few decades ago, most people who fought for social justice did so to better their own lives. Workers formed a union to protect their own interests. Women marched to demand a vote for themselves.

But now, those with no vested interest (no skin in the game, as they say) support others because, as many will say, it’s the right thing to do.

Straight people support LGBTQ rights. Citizens stand up for the interests of undocumented immigrants. People in the USA raise money to help victims of disasters on the other side of the world. Environmental groups receive support from all over, not just those in places directly affected by rising sea levels or gas pipelines.

And more and more, people who’ve never taken political or social justice action before, are now standing up to push back against policies they see as blatantly harming others.

This increased concern for one another is a significant sign of the Transformation’s effect.

Even the slightest increase in our awareness elevates the collective consciousness. Click To Tweet

And as the level of connection continues to build, our sense of shared humanity will give us the strength needed to create a world that works for everyone, not just the privileged few. Like a ripple effect that grows as each new pebble is added.

The Transformation is just beginning.

As with any major change, those who fear its effect of change will cling to what they know, fight against those who seek to build a better world, and take what they want while they can. The encouraging truth is that Transformation will continue, regardless.

And as more and more spiritually conscious people become a part of this consciousness shift, we’ll see those who resist its healing effects as dinosaurs unable to adapt to a changing world.

I encourage you to embrace your higher spiritual values like peace, truth, love, and understanding to be a voice for change; not just for yourself, but for others as well.

This is the time to act from a place of love, and to be on the right side of history as we enter this exciting next phase of our species’ evolution.

Each action you take that contributes towards the greater good helps create a stronger and stronger ripple effect.

The world – and your soul – will thank you for your efforts.

Ainslie, Thank you for your insights. I have become more and more depressed over the past few years as I have awakened from a lifetime of negative conditioning. I have awakened to a world where I do not feel at home. I long for a society where love and kindness abound, and where wars are but a distant memory. I regularly find myself full of anxiety and doubt about the future of our world–and my future as well. What brings a tinge of irony to my situation is that I am a career counselor, and I have to try to lift and encourage those who are victims of our greed-ridden system. I find it harder and harder to keep my energy levels up while I share my energy with those I serve–who sometimes hang on my every word for some kind of hope. I have to continually remind myself that I chose to come to the earth at this time to be a participant in the transformation and serve my fellow travelers. I only hope that I can be true to that commitment made in my spiritual home before I came to Earth. Thank you for giving me hope through your posts. I can say, with all sincerity, that you have been one of my supports through these trying times.

It can be dispiriting to be an old soul in such a young soul world. We’re (very soon) about to start expanding our old soul community and will be looking to grow it to provide a space for old souls to come together in a spirit of unity.

Valuable insights which I strongly agree with. Being a pioneer in the spirit movement for 50 years, this is certainly an interesting time in history, Time to think outside of the box to pay attention and not be stuck in you challenges and thinking of yourself all the time. time to be grateful and open one’s eye to help the less fortune. . . being of service to others is the best gift to give yourself. thanks for motivation to encourage us to take action. all is in Divine order, I’m a Canadian but it seems we are all effected one way or other, Blessings Jollea

    Ainslie,
I was wondering if this post is in lieu of the Q &A from January? So many questions about January’s topic are addressed here.

Thank you so much for including all the good people in the world that are making a difference. So often all that is spoken of is what bad things are happening. There are so many groups and individuals out there making a supreme difference to those less fortunate. They raise the standard on humane deeds. Those are my unsung heroes. Those are the ones I focus on.
