Are you dealing with a fear of rejection? Growing up, did you feel like an outsider? As an adult, do you find it hard to really belong? Or do you go out of your way to avoid being rejected by another person?
If you’ve always felt as if you’re on the outside looking in, or if you often feel isolated or alone, then perhaps your soul is grappling with a past-life fear of rejection.
This fear often manifests as a deep sense of loneliness and isolation, even when you’re surrounded by a boisterous group of friends. If your soul is struggling with a fear of rejection from a traumatic event in a previous lifetime, you could be in the middle of the biggest party in town, and you’d still feel everyone else is more connected than you are.

Video Transcription – Fear of Rejection
Many people experience a fear of rejection. How can you tell if you’re one of them? Join psychic guide Ainslie MacLeod to learn more. Did you have separation anxiety when you were a kid? Do you ever get a deep sense of loneliness? Do you feel like an outsider, or something of a loner? Where does it come from? Let’s take a look. And make sure to stay with me to the end of the video for a healing tip from my Spirit Guides. A fear of rejection comes from a past life death in which your soul felt abandoned. A common cause is dying on a battlefield feeling alone and afraid. But any past life of extreme isolation or loneliness can be the cause. And rejection by your parents is always a big one. If you have trouble fitting in, or if you’re part of a group but, always feel like you’re on the outside looking in, then this is a sign your soul is anxious about the possibility of being rejected by the group. In a relationship, you might worry about being abandoned. In fact, a lot of people will break up a relationship to avoid their partner breaking up with them first. It’s like the guy who texts his girlfriend to say, “Okay, we’re finished.” And the girl texts back, “Well, I was going to finish with you anyway!” And he replies, “I mean we’ve finished our video game.” If your mother abandoned you in a past life, you’ll be highly sensitive to rejection in this life. Your stomach might tie itself in a knot if your date doesn’t call when he or she said they would. And you might sweat bullets before asking someone out on a date. My Spirit Guides observe that you can begin healing a fear of rejection by being the uniter: Instead of waiting for the phone to ring, be the one to ask a friend to go for coffee or dinner. Every time you do this and find you’re not rejected, the fear will decrease a little.
Sometimes you really are an outsider, though fear is more of an expectation in this case, and healing comes from the knowledge that you will be returning home after finishing this cycle of lives or continuing on to some other destination.

Wowww! I had just learned about reincarnation in Buddhism and although he doesn’t want us to seek our past lives, it wouldn’t hurt knowing what caused our current fears. I have a fear of loneliness and abandonment, and you described it so well on how even being in a big group of friends can still cause you to feel alone. The example you gave: “soldier left dying in the battlefield” was a very interesting idea to think about. Thank you for this useful information 🤞🏼❤️
